BrainFlow Subscription Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement governs access to and use of BrainFlow subscription services, including individual, academic, business, and enterprise service tiers.

2. Subscription terms

BrainFlow subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis. Personal is $9/month for one user. Professional is $19/month for one user. Academic is $5/month for one eligible verified user. Business Small is $18/user/month with a three-seat minimum. Business Medium is $29/user/month with a ten-seat minimum. Enterprise starts at $39/user/month with a fifty-seat minimum and contract-based scope.

3. Academic eligibility

Academic subscriptions require eligibility verification. BrainFlow may request information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility before or during service.

4. Enterprise and custom services

Enterprise pricing is a starting rate. Custom scope, support, migration, private deployment, compliance requirements, and other negotiated services may require a separate written order or agreement.

5. Industry packs

Industry packs are additive entitlements. They do not replace the underlying BrainFlow subscription tier or operate as pricing multipliers unless a written order expressly states otherwise.

6. Billing and payment

Payments may be processed through VoraPay and VoraPay Nexus or another authorized payment service. A subscription is not treated as paid solely because a browser reaches a success page; BrainFlow backend entitlement state remains authoritative.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal after the applicable paid service period unless a written enterprise agreement states otherwise. Access and data-retention behavior are subject to the applicable service and data policies.

8. Acceptable use

Use of BrainFlow is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Abuse, unlawful use, attempts to bypass authorization, or interference with service integrity may result in restriction or suspension.

9. Data and privacy

Handling of personal and workspace information is governed by the BrainFlow Privacy Policy and any applicable enterprise data-processing terms.

10. Availability and changes

BrainFlow may evolve product capabilities, interfaces, security controls, and infrastructure. Material commercial changes should be communicated through the applicable customer channel.

11. Final legal review

This preview copy establishes the intended product/commercial structure but must receive final jurisdiction-specific legal review before it is treated as a binding public agreement.
